EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an intelligent, dynamic, extremely articulate and highly motivated self-starter who will take on multiple roles in support of the CEO’s daily activities, projects and goals. This position should help enhance the executive`s effectiveness and productivity through the use of organizational skills and management support. Basic Duties:
Conserve executive`s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents.
Manage executive`s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive`s absence; speaking for the executive.
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or by phone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Other related tasks as assigned by the executive.
Skills/Qualifications:
Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) a must. ACT! and GroupWise a plus.
